We pride ourselves on the precision and design of our iPhone cases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Case

  Carefully place the iPhone case back into its original protective box to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned case, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new design within 3-5 business days.
